Resettlement Manager - Midlands
Join a highly motivated team working directly with young people who need extra support as they prepare to leave custody and return to communities in the Midlands. Managing our resettlement work across the region, you will work closely with young people both pre and post release to improve their ability to successfully manage their lives back in the community, as well as building a network of contacts to support the process.

Location: Home-based Midlands (but with significant travel across the region, including to HMYOI Werrington and other custodial establishments.)
Part time: 3-4 days per week (22.5 - 30 hours)
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term (renewal subject to funding)
Salary: £34,969 (pro rata)
